Aspirin: Substrate of CYP2C8/9 (minor)

Caffeine: Substrate of CYP1A2 (major), 2C8/9 (minor), 2D6 (minor), 2E1 (minor), 3A4 (minor); Inhibits CYP1A2 (weak), 3A4 (moderate)

Dental Health: Effects on Dental Treatment

The peripheral anticholinergic effects of orphenadrine may decrease or inhibit salivary flow; normal salivation will return with cessation of drug therapy.
