Dosage

Oral:

Infants: 20 mg 4 times/day

Children <12 years: 40 mg 4 times/day

Children >12 years and Adults: 40-120 mg after meals and at bedtime as needed, not to exceed 500 mg/day


Administration

Shake oral suspension (drops) before using; mix with water, infant formula, or other liquids.


Dietary Considerations

Should be taken after meals.
