Order forms can be picked up in the Biopolymer/Genomics Core Facility, or call to have us mail or fax them to you. Make certain that all forms are completed. It is important to provide all information requested to ensure that you are notified as soon as your order is processed. Information provided must be legible.

All orders require an account number and signature of the Principal Investigator or authorized designee. Incomplete orders will be returned. Orders for Oligonucleotide or Peptide synthesis can be faxed or e-mailed; bring the appropriate completed forms when you pick up your order.

The Facility does accept orders from customers outside of the University of Maryland System. We can accept either purchase orders or credit card orders. Please contact us prior to submitting orders to find out about our policies regarding ordering and payment.
