You should not use this medicine if you have untreated Addison's disease, stomach ulcers, trouble urinating, or a urinary tract infection, or a blockage in your digestive system. You might not be able to use this medicine if you have diabetes, or problems with your kidneys. You may not be able to use this medicine if you have a history of heart problems, dehydration, or hyperkalemia.
