Definition of Mesothelioma (benign-fibrous):

Benign mesothelioma is a noncancerous tumor of the lining of the lung and chest cavity, an area called the pleura.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors:

Nonmalignant mesothelioma affects men more frequently than women.
