- Blood test for presence of aspergillus in the body (galactomannan)
- Blood test to detect antibodies to aspergillus (serum precipitins for aspergillus)
- Bronchoscopy or bronchoscopy with lavage (BAL)
- Chest CT
- Chest x-ray
- Sputum culture
