Symptoms:
The most common symptoms are:
- Abdominal pain and cramps
- Bloating
- Diarrhea (usually watery)
- Fullness
Other symptoms may include:
- Fatty, floating stool
- Weight loss

Low red blood cells (anemia) is a sign.
