Symptoms:
- Upper abdominal pain, possibly aggravated by eating
- Abdominal indigestion
- Loss of appetite
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Vomiting blood or coffee-ground like material
- Dark stools
Signs and tests:
- EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy) and biopsy showing gastritis
- CBC showing anemia
- A guaiac stool test
