Chronic thyroiditis (Hashimoto's disease) - Symptom

Symptoms:

  • Intolerance to cold
  • Weight gain - mild
  • Fatigue
  • Constipation
  • Enlarged neck or presence of goiter
  • Small or atrophic thyroid gland (late in the disease)
  • Dry skin
  • Hair loss
  • Heavy and irregular menses
  • Difficulty concentrating or thinking
