Menkes' syndrome (Menkes' kinky hair syndrome) -- very rare
Wilson's copper storage disease (rare)

Greater-than-normal ceruloplasmin levels may indicate:

Pregnancy
Lymphoma
Acute and chronic infections
Rheumatoid arthritis
