Prevención:

Para evitar lesiones y problemas del corazón que puedan llevar a un paro cardíaco:

  • Eliminar o reducir los factores de riesgo que contribuyen a la cardiopatía, como el consumo de cigarrillo, el colesterol alto, la hipertensión arterial, la obesidad y el estrés
  • Hacer mucho ejercicio
  • Visitar al médico con regularidad
  • Utilizar siempre el cinturón de seguridad y conducir de manera segura
  • Evitar el consumo de drogas psicoactivas
