Prevenci贸n:

  • Evite situaciones en las que baje demasiado el nivel de glucemia.
  • Evite permanecer de pie en un mismo sitio demasiado tiempo sin moverse, especialmente si se es propenso a los desmayos.
  • Tome l铆quidos suficientes, especialmente en clima c谩lido.
  • Si siente que est谩 a punto de desmayarse, acu茅stese o si茅ntese con la cabeza inclinada hacia delante entre las rodillas.
