Traumatismo craneal - Prevention

Prevención:

  • Utilice siempre equipos de seguridad apropiados, como cascos para bicicleta y motocicleta, protectores para la cabeza y cinturones de seguridad, cuando realice actividades que podrían provocar traumatismos craneales.
  • Obedezca las señales de tránsito al andar en bicicleta y sea predecible para que los otros conductores puedan determinar su curso.
  • Hágase visible. NO monte en bicicleta de noche, a menos que utilice ropas reflectivas y brillantes y tenga reflectores y linternas.
  • Utilice sillas de seguridad o auxiliares para niños pequeños y bebés, apropiadas para su edad.
  • Cerciórese de que los niños tengan un área segura para jugar.
  • Supervise a los niños de cualquier edad.
