Obstrucción aguda de las vÃas respiratorias altas

SÃntomas:
Los sÃntomas varÃan de acuerdo con la causa del problema, pero algunos de ellos son totalmente comunes a todos los tipos de obstrucción.
- Asfixia
- Respiración resollante por falta de aire
- Sibilancias , gemidos, silbidos u otros ruidos inusuales de la respiración que indican dificultad para respirar
- Agitación o inquietud
- Pánico
- Cianosis
- Cambios en el estado de conciencia
- Pérdida del conocimiento
Signos y exámenes:
El examen fÃsico puede revelar la disminución de los  sonidos respiratorios . Los exámenes generalmente son innecesarios, pero se pueden realizar los siguientes: radiografÃas, broncoscopia y laringoscopia.
