Tratamiento:

La aspergilosis alérgica se trata con esteroides como la prednisona. El antibiótico antimicótico itraconazol puede ser igualmente útil. Las personas que padecen asma deben continuar de todos modos con los tratamientos normales.

Expectativas (pronóstico):

Con el tiempo, las personas generalmente mejoran con tratamiento. Las recaídas que requieren la repetición del tratamiento son comunes.
