Neumonía viral - Symptom

Neumonía por virus; "Neumonía errante" de origen viral

Síntomas:

Los síntomas de neumonía viral a menudo comienzan de manera lenta y es posible que no sean serios al principio.

Los síntomas de neumonía más comunes son:

  • Tos (con algunas neumonías, usted puede expectorar moco o incluso moco con sangre)
  • Fiebre, que puede ser leve o alta
  • Escalofríos con temblores
  • Dificultad respiratoria (puede sólo ocurrir cuando sube escaleras)

Otros síntomas abarcan:

  • Confusión, especialmente en personas mayores
  • Sudoración excesiva y piel húmeda
  • Dolor de cabeza
  • Inapetencia, baja energía y fatiga
  • Dolor torácico agudo u opresivo que empeora cuando usted respira profundamente o tose
  • Fatiga

Signos y exámenes:

Cuando se sospecha que una persona tiene neumonía, debe someterse a una evaluación médica completa, que incluye un examen físico completo y una radiografía del tórax, en especial dado que el examen físico no siempre puede diferenciar la neumonía de una bronquitis aguda u otras infecciones respiratorias.
