Prevención:

Lávese las manos con frecuencia y procure que otras personas a su alrededor hagan lo mismo.

Si su sistema inmunitario está débil, aléjese de las muchedumbres. Solicíteles a los visitantes que tengan un resfriado que se pongan una máscara.

Hágase aplicar la vacuna antigripal cada año. Pregúntele al médico si usted necesita una vacuna contra la neumonía.
