Alcalosis respiratoria

Definición:

Es una afección marcada por bajos niveles de dióxido de carbono en la sangre.

Causas, incidencia y factores de riesgo:

Las causas más comunes abarcan  hiperventilación , ansiedad y fiebre.

Cualquier enfermedad pulmonar que lleve a la dificultad respiratoria también puede ocasionar alcalosis respiratoria.
