Higroma quístico

Un higroma quístico es un defecto congénito que ocurre a medida que el bebé crece en el útero a partir de pedazos de material que lleva líquido y glóbulos blancos (tejido linfático embrionario). Después del nacimiento, un higroma quístico generalmente luce como una protuberancia suave bajo la piel. El quiste no se puede ver hasta después del nacimiento y, algunas veces, no se nota hasta que la persona es mayor.
