Cardiomiopatía alcohólica
La miocardiopatía alcohólica es una consecuencia del excesivo consumo de alcohol durante años. No tome alcohol en cantidades exageradas y si piensa que toma demasiado y no puede reducir o dejar de beber, busque ayuda.
Controle otros factores de riesgo para las cardiopatías manteniendo un peso saludable y haciendo ejercicio regularmente. Consuma una dieta generalmente bien balanceada y nutritiva y evite fumar.
