Hipertensión renovascular - Prevention

Prevención:

La prevención de la ateroesclerosis o endurecimiento de las arterias puede evitar el desarrollo de estenosis de la arteria renal. Usted puede hacer esto siguiendo estos consejos:

Baje de peso si tiene sobrepeso.
Pregúntele al médico respecto al tabaquismo y el consumo de alcohol.
Controle su glucemia si tiene diabetes.
Verifique que su médico esté vigilando los niveles de colesterol en la sangre.
Consuma una alimentación saludable para el corazón (Ver: cardiopatía y dieta)
Haga ejercicio regular. Verifique con su médico antes de empezar un programa de ejercicios.
