Úlcera péptica - Prevention

Úlcera duodenal; Úlcera gástrica; Úlcera de tipo gástrico; Úlcera en el duodeno; Dispepsia y úlceras

Prevención:

Evite el ácido acetilsalicílico (aspirin ), el ibuprofeno, el naproxeno y otros AINES. En lugar de esto, ensaye con paracetamol. Si tiene que tomar estos medicamentos, hable primero con el médico. El médico puede:

  • Hacerle primero un examen en busca de H. pylori
  • Hacerle tomar inhibidores de la bomba de protones o un bloqueador ácido
  • Hacerle tomar un medicamento llamado Misoprostol

Los siguientes cambios en el estilo de vida pueden ayudar a prevenir las úlceras pépticas:
