Síntomas:

En caso de que la presión arterial baja continúe durante un período largo, es posible que el paciente se sienta débil y mareado. Sin embargo, el período de presión arterial baja puede ser breve y asintomático en el momento. Asimismo, el daño a las células hepáticas generalmente es asintomático.

Signos y exámenes:

Los niveles sanguíneos de las enzimas hepáticas como la AST y ALT se elevan particularmente entre 1 y 3 días después del episodio de presión arterial baja. Igualmente, los niveles de otra enzima en la sangre, LDH , generalmente también están bastante altos.
