Signos y exámenes:

Los exámenes que muestran una estenosis en la vía biliar son:

  • CPRE (colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica)
  • PTC (colangiograma transhepático percutáneo)
  • MRCP (colangiopancreatografía por resonancia magnética)

Los exámenes de sangre que indican una función anormal del sistema biliar son:

  • Nivel de bilirrubina más alto de lo normal
  • FA (fosfatasa alcalina) más alta de lo normal
