Síndrome de Dubin-Johnson - Treatment

Tratamiento:

No se requiere un tratamiento específico.

Expectativas (pronóstico):

El pronóstico es muy positivo. El síndrome de Dubin-Johnson generalmente no acorta el período de vida de una persona.

Complicaciones:

Las complicaciones son inusuales pero pueden abarcar las siguientes:

  • Disminución de la función hepática
  • Ictericia severa

Situaciones que requieren asistencia médica:

Consulte con el médico si se presenta lo siguiente:

  • La ictericia es severa
  • La ictericia empeora con el tiempo
  • También tiene dolor abdominal u otros síntomas (lo cual puede ser un signo de que otro trastorno está causando la ictericia)
