Hemangioma hepático

Definición:

Un hemangioma es un tumor   benigno (no canceroso) que consiste en la dilatación de los vasos sanguíneos y cuando se presenta en el hígado se denomina hemangioma hepático. Los hemangiomas pueden causar problemas debido a su localización, ya que pueden interferir con la función del órgano, o pueden producir hemorragias (sangrado).
