Coledocolitiasis - Symptom

Cálculo biliar; Cálculo en las vías biliares

Síntomas:

Generalmente, no se presentan síntomas a no ser que los cálculos bloqueen el conducto colédoco. Los síntomas que se pueden presentar abarcan:

  • Dolor abdominal en la parte superior derecha o central del abdomen que puede:
    • aparecer y desaparecer
    • ser agudo, tipo cólico o sordo
    • irradiarse a la espalda o por debajo del omóplato derecho
    • empeorar después de consumir comidas grasas o grasosas
    • ocurrir en cuestión de minutos después de una comida
  • Fiebre
  • Inapetencia
  • Ictericia (coloración amarillenta de la piel o la esclerótica de los ojos)
  • Náuseas
  • Vómitos
