Prevención:

La prevención implica el manejo, almacenamiento y preparación de los alimentos de forma adecuada, además de buenas condiciones sanitarias, pero el lavado de las manos es la medida de prevención más efectiva. Se recomienda evitar igualmente el agua y los alimentos contaminados.
