Dolor
Vómitos con sangre (ocasional)

Signos y exámenes:

El nivel de gastrina es elevado.
Una prueba de estimulación de secretina es positiva.
Una prueba de infusión de calcio es positiva.
Una TC abdominal muestra un tumor (o tumores) en el páncreas o en el duodeno
Una gammagrafía con octreotida muestra un tumor en el páncreas o en el duodeno
Una cirugía exploratoria muestra la localización de un tumor
Una ecografía endoscópica muestra un tumor en el páncreas o en el duodeno
