Síndrome de Felty - Síntomas

Síntomas:

  • Sensación de malestar general (malestar)
  • Fatiga
  • Pérdida del apetito
  • Pérdida involuntaria de peso
  • Piel pálida
  • Rigidez, dolor, deformidad e inflamación articular
  • Infecciones recurrentes
  • Ardor o secreción del ojo

Signos y exámenes:

Un examen físico muestra inflamación en el bazo y posiblemente en el hígado y los ganglios linfáticos. Las articulaciones pueden mostrar signos de artritis reumatoidea.

Un CSC (conteo sanguíneo completo) puede mostrar una disminución en el número de glóbulos blancos llamados neutrófilos.

Una ecografía del área abdominal puede confirmar la inflamación del bazo.
