Glomerulonefritis membranoproliferativa tipo I - Síntomas

Síntomas:

Sangre en la orina
Orina oscura (color humo, cola o té)
Orina turbia
Disminución en el volumen de orina
Hinchazón de cualquier parte del cuerpo
Cambios en el estado mental, como disminución en la lucidez mental o disminución en la concentración

Signos y exámenes:

Los resultados del examen físico varían dependiendo de los síntomas. La hinchazón puede estar presente junto con signos de sobrecarga de líquidos, tales como sonidos anormales al auscultar los pulmones y el corazón con un estetoscopio.

La presión arterial a menudo está elevada, debido al aumento de la retención de agua y sodio (sal) y por el aumento en la producción de renina, una hormona que controla dicha presión arterial.

La glomerulonefritis membranoproliferativa I puede presentarse en varias formas. Se puede observar como síndrome nefrítico agudo, síndrome nefrótico o un análisis de orina anormal sin síntomas.
