SÃntomas:
- Orina espumosa
- Hinchazón del cuerpo, llamado edema generalizado, debido a la retención de lÃquidos
- Aumento de peso
- Disminución del apetito
Signos y exámenes:
No existen claves fuertes para el diagnóstico en el examen fÃsico, aparte de la evidencia de edema y presión arterial elevada. Los signos de insuficiencia renal crónica y sobrecarga de lÃquido asociada se pueden desarrollar a medida que la enfermedad empeora.
Los exámenes pueden ser:

- Biopsia del riñón
- Microscopia de inmunofluorescencia
