Síndrome nefrítico agudo - Symptom

Síntomas:

Los síntomas comunes del síndrome nefrítico son:

  • Hinchazón de cara, órbitas, brazos, manos, pies, piernas, abdomen u otras áreas
  • Sangre en la orina (orina de aspecto oscuro, de color té o turbia)
  • Disminución en el volumen de orina (puede producirse poca o ninguna orina)

Otros síntomas que pueden ocurrir abarcan:

Los pacientes pueden desarrollar síntomas de insuficiencia renal aguda o enfermedad renal terminal.

Pruebas y exámenes:

Durante un examen, el médico puede encontrar los siguientes signos:

  • Hipertensión arterial
  • Signos de hipervolemia (al examinar el abdomen)
  • Hepatomegalia
  • Ruidos cardíacos y pulmonares anormales
  • Venas del cuello dilatadas debido al aumento de la presión
  • Hinchazón general
  • Signos de insuficiencia renal aguda

Los exámenes que se pueden hacer abarcan:

Una biopsia renal revela inflamación de los glomérulos, lo cual podría indicar la causa.
