UropatÃa obstructiva
SÃntomas:
Los sÃntomas asociados con la uropatÃa obstructiva varÃan dependiendo de si la obstrucción es aguda o crónica, si es unilateral o bilateral, si es completa o parcial y cuál fue la causa.
Los sÃntomas comunes de la uropatÃa obstructiva incluyen, entre otros, los siguientes:

Dolor en el flanco
- bilateral o unilateral
- de tipo cólico o severo
- Infección de las vÃas urinarias
- Fiebre
- Dificultad o dolor en la micción
- Náuseas o vómitos
- Insuficiencia renal
- Aumento de peso o hinchazón (edema)
- Disminución del gasto urinario
- Sangre en la orina
Signos y exámenes:
El diagnóstico de la uropatÃa obstructiva se hace sobre la base de estudios imagenológicos, entre los cuales los más comunes son los siguientes:
- Ultrasonido abdominal
- TC del abdomen
- Pielograma intravenoso (PIV)
- Cistouretrograma de evacuación
- GammagrafÃa renal
