Uropatía obstructiva unilateral aguda - Symptom

Síntomas:

  • Dolor abdominal en el cuadrante inferior derecho o izquierdo
  • Color anormal de la orina (color canela, semejante a la cola o al té)
  • Dolor de espalda que puede ser en un sólo lado
  • Sangre en la orina
  • Fiebre
  • Dolor en el flanco o dolor en el costado:
    • tan fuerte que requiere analgésicos fuertes
    • el dolor en un costado puede irradiarse a la ingle, los genitales y el muslo
    • el dolor aparece y desaparece, y su intensidad cambia en cuestión de minutos
  • Olor desagradable en la orina
  • Hipertensión arterial que se ha incrementado recientemente (en cuestión de dos semanas)
  • Cambios en el estado mental
  • Náuseas
  • Polaquiuria
  • Tenesmo vesical
  • Infección urinaria
  • Vómitos

Pruebas y exámenes:

El médico llevará a cabo un examen físico. Presionar con los dedos ( palpación) sobre el área abdominal puede revelar un riñón inflamado o sensible. La presión arterial puede estar alta.

Se pueden efectuar los siguientes exámenes:

  • Grupo de pruebas metabólicas básicas
  • Conteo sanguíneo completo (CSC)
  • Análisis de orina
  • Urocultivo

La hinchazón del riñón o el bloqueo del uréter se puede ver en los siguientes exámenes:
