Prostatitis abacteriana crónica - Symptom

Prostatitis no bacteriana; Prostatodinia; Síndrome de dolor pélvico crónico; SDPC; Prostatitis abacteriana de tipo crónico; Dolor genitourinario crónico

Síntomas:

  • Sangre en el semen
  • Sangre en la orina
  • Dolor que se localiza
    • por encima del hueso púbico (suprapúbico)
    • entre los genitales y el ano (perineal)
    • en la región lumbar
    • en el escroto
    • en la punta del pene
    • en la uretra
  • Problemas con la micción
    • disminución del chorro urinario
    • micción frecuente
    • dolor o ardor al orinar
    • vaciado incompleto de la vejiga
    • chorro de orina débil
  • Dolor con las deposiciones
  • Dolor con la eyaculación

Pruebas y exámenes:

Un examen físico generalmente no revelará nada inusual; sin embargo, la próstata puede estar inflamada, suave o firme, caliente y sensible.

Los exámenes de orina pueden mostrar glóbulos blancos o rojos en la orina. Un cultivo de semen puede mostrar aumento de los glóbulos blancos y bajo conteo de espermatozoides, con movimiento (motilidad) deficiente.

Un urocultivo o un cultivo de la próstata no muestra presencia de bacterias.
