Linfogranuloma venéreo - Síntomas

Síntomas:

  • Úlcera pequeña e indolora en los órganos genitales
  • Hinchazón y enrojecimiento de la piel en el área inguinal
  • Ganglios linfáticos inguinales inflamados en uno o ambos lados
  • Drenaje de los ganglios linfáticos inguinales
  • Flujo de pus o sangre por el recto (sangre en las heces)
  • Dolor con las deposiciones (tenesmo)

Signos y exámenes:

La historia médica y el examen físico pueden mostrar:

  • Antecedentes de contacto sexual con un individuo que tiene linfogranuloma venéreo
  • Una úlcera en los genitales de la persona afectada
  • Fístula perianal con drenaje
  • Inflamación de los ganglios linfáticos inguinales (linfadenopatía inguinal)
  • Drenaje de los ganglios linfáticos inguinales
