Tratamiento:

El tratamiento involucra medicamentos antivirales que se administran a través de una vena ( intravenosos) o por la boca (por vía oral).

Expectativas (pronóstico):

La esofagitis por lo general se puede tratar en forma efectiva. El resultado depende del problema con el sistema inmunitario que hace a la persona susceptible a una infección.
