Prevención:

La mejor manera de prevenir la sinusitis es evitando o tratando rápidamente la gripe y los resfriados:

Comer mucha fruta y verduras, que son ricas en antioxidantes y otros químicos que pueden reforzar el sistema inmunitario y ayudar al cuerpo a resistir infecciones
Vacunarse anualmente contra la influenza
Reducir el estrés

Beber bastante líquido para incrementar la humedad en el cuerpo
