Síntomas:

  • Tos
  • Fatiga
  • Fiebre
  • Incomodidad, inquietud o sensación general de malestar (malestar general)
  • Inapetencia
  • Dolores musculares o articulares
  • Dificultad para respirar
  • Dificultad para respirar con esfuerzo
  • Sudoración excesiva (sudores nocturnos)

Los niveles bajos de oxígeno en la sangre (hipoxemia) con neumonía por CMV con frecuencia predicen la muerte, especialmente en pacientes que necesitan respiración artificial.
