Síntomas:

La neumonía por Pneumocystis carinii en personas con SIDA se desarrolla lentamente y es menos severa. Las personas con este tipo de neumonía que no tienen SIDA generalmente se enferman de manera más rápida y la enfermedad es más aguda.
