Síntomas:

  • Entumecimiento en parte de la porción externa del hombro
  • Debilidad en el hombro
  • Dificultad para levantar objetos con el brazo afectado
  • Dificultad para levantar el brazo por encima de la cabeza

Signos y exámenes:

El médico examinará el brazo y el hombro. Se puede presentar debilidad del hombro con dificultad para mover el brazo.

El músculo deltoides del hombro puede mostrar signos de atrofia muscular.
