Mononeuritis múltiple - Symptom

Síntomas:

Los síntomas dependerán de los nervios específicos comprometidos y pueden abarcar:

  • Pérdida del control de esfínteres
  • Pérdida de la sensibilidad en una o más áreas del cuerpo
  • Parálisis en una o más áreas del cuerpo
  • Hormigueo, ardor, dolor u otras sensaciones anormales en una o más áreas del cuerpo
  • Debilidad en una o más áreas del cuerpo

Signos y exámenes:

Se necesita una historia clínica detallada para determinar la causa posible del trastorno. Los exámenes y las pruebas neuromusculares pueden revelar una pérdida de sensibilidad y movimiento debido a problemas con nervios específicos. Los reflejos pueden ser anormales.
