Cefalea tensional - Prevención

Prevención:

Se deben evitar situaciones que pueden causar una cefalea tensional. Esto puede incluir mantenerse caliente si el dolor de cabeza está relacionado con el frío, utilizar una almohada distinta o posición diferente o medidas similares.

Se debe asumir una buena postura cuando se está leyendo, trabajando o realizando en actividades que pueden ocasionar un dolor de cabeza. Igualmente, se debe hacer ejercicio con el cuello y los hombros frecuentemente.
