SÃntomas:
-
Dolor de cabeza en uno o en ambos lados
- dolor pulsátil
- se puede sentir sordo, tenso o como una banda alrededor de la cabeza
- el dolor varÃa de leve a severo
- puede empeorar con la actividad
- puede durar de 4 a 72 horas (en algunas personas, los dolores de cabeza pueden ocurrir todos los dÃas)
- Náuseas o vómitos
- Sensibilidad a la luz o al sonido
- Irritabilidad
- Depresión
- Pereza
- Entumecimiento, hormigueo, debilidad
- Dolor en el cuello
Signos y exámenes:
El médico llevará a cabo un examen fÃsico y hará preguntas acerca de los sÃntomas. Algunos de los exámenes que se pueden realizar pueden ser:
- Una TC o una IRM de la cabeza y del cuello
- Exámenes de sangre
- Punción lumbar (punción de la columna)
