Eritema multiforme - Symptom

Síntomas:

Fiebre
Sensación de malestar general
Picazón en la piel
Dolores articulares
Lesiones cutáneas múltiples
- comienzan rápidamente y pueden retornar;
- pueden diseminarse;
- puede aparecer como nódulo, pápula o mácula y pueden lucir como urticaria;
- lesión central rodeada de anillos concéntricos de palidez y enrojecimiento, también denominada "diana", "iris" o "blanco";
- pueden tener vesículas y ampollas de diferentes tamaños (bulas);
- localizadas en la parte superior del cuerpo, piernas, brazos, palmas, manos o pies;
- pueden comprometer la cara o los labios;
- generalmente iguales en ambos lados (simétricas).

El diagnóstico se basa principalmente en la apariencia de la lesión cutánea, especialmente si hay una historia de factores de riesgo o enfermedades asociadas.
