Vasculitis alérgica - Symptom

Nombres alternativos

Vasculitis de tipo alérgica; Vasculitis por hipersensibilidad; Vasculitis leucocitoclástica cutánea

Síntomas:

  • Manchas y parches de color púrpura
  • Lesiones de piel por lo general localizadas en las piernas, las nalgas o el tronco
  • Ampollas en la piel
  • Ronchas (urticaria) que pueden durar por más de 24 horas
  • Llagas abiertas con tejido muerto (úlceras necrosadas)

Pruebas y exámenes:

El diagnóstico se basa en los síntomas y en la apariencia de la piel después de que usted toma cierto medicamento o se expone a una sustancia extraña (antígeno).

Los resultados de la ESR (tasa de sedimentación eritrocítica) pueden ser altos. Una biopsia de piel muestra inflamación de los vasos sanguíneos.
