Síntomas:

Ardor al orinar
Sangrado leve después de la relación sexual
Dolor durante la relación sexual ocasionando pérdida del interés por ésta
Flujo vaginal leve
Dolor vaginal, incluyendo sensaciones de ardor o picazón

Signos y exámenes:

Un examen de la pelvis revela paredes vaginales delgadas y pálidas. Se puede llevar a cabo una preparación en fresco para descartar otras causas de la vaginitis. Igualmente, se pueden realizar estudios hormonales para determinar si usted tiene la menopausia.
