Mola hidatiforme - Symptom

Mola hidatídica; Embarazo molar

Síntomas:

Signos y exámenes:

Un examen pélvico puede mostrar signos similares a los de un embarazo normal, pero el tamaño del útero puede ser anormal y no hay ruidos cardíacos fetales. Además, puede haber algún sangrado vaginal.

Una ecografía durante el embarazo mostrará una placenta anormal con o sin algún desarrollo de un bebé.

Los exámenes pueden abarcar:

  • Examen de GCH en sangre
  • Radiografía de tórax
  • Tomografía computarizada o resonancia magnética del abdomen
  • Hemograma o conteo sanguíneo completo
  • Pruebas de coagulación sanguínea
  • Pruebas de la función hepática y renal
