Endometriosis - Symptom

Síntomas:

El dolor es el principal síntoma de la endometriosis. Una mujer con esta enfermedad puede tener:

  • Períodos dolorosos.
  • Dolor abdominal bajo antes y durante la menstruación.
  • Calambres por una o dos semanas antes y durante la menstruación (los calambres pueden ser permanentes y pueden ser sordos o muy intensos).
  • Dolor durante o después de la relación sexual.
  • Dolor con las deposiciones.
  • Dolor pélvico o lumbago que puede presentarse en cualquier momento durante el ciclo menstrual.

Nota: es posible que no se manifieste ningún síntoma. Algunas mujeres con un gran número de implantes tisulares en la pelvis no sienten absolutamente ningún dolor, mientras que algunas con enfermedad leve presentan dolor intenso.
